Pull-ups... jeez.

These bad boys are exactly the kind of movement I struggle with.

Since starting climbing, though, I've noticed my upper-body strength gradually improving. I'm now able to do assisted pull-ups with my feet planted on the ground, which is something I couldn't have imagined not that long ago.

The plan from here is simple. I'll slowly raise the bar over time until my feet eventually leave the ground.

Once that happens, I'll move onto negative pull-ups and continue building the strength needed for a full pull-up.
