Climbing is one of those sports that's always been there, but I'd never really thought about giving it a go.
I think a lot of it came down to believing I wasn't strong enough. You look at climbers pulling themselves up walls and balancing on tiny holds, and you can't help but think, "There's no way I could do that."
Then one day I thought... why not? I might love it, I might hate it, I might get halfway up the wall or fall off after two moves. But if I never gave it a try, I'd probably regret it.
So I booked my first session, and to my surprise, I absolutely loved it.
